Michaela Linsbauer completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She subsequently completed her court internship within the jurisdiction of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna, receiving excellent evaluations in all training stations, including the Vienna Public Prosecutor’s Office and the District Court for the Inner City of Vienna in criminal matters.
She has several years of professional experience in a law firm, with a focus on civil and corporate law. In addition, she previously worked as a trainee tax advisor, where she gained in-depth practical experience in international tax law and corporate income tax.
Owing to her comprehensive academic training and diverse professional background, Michaela Linsbauer possesses extensive expertise in both criminal and civil law. This enables her to adopt a holistic and interdisciplinary approach, particularly in matters of white-collar criminal law. Her work is characterized by a high degree of precision, a structured analytical approach, and strong commitment.
